Celebrating the Fourth in Florida

Our journey south continued south from Orlando to Palm Beach Gardens and we were able to celebrate the Fourth of July at Pawpaw's house.  After arriving at almost midnight the night before, we all slept in today.  The day was a lazy one with good food, swimming in the pool and watching fireworks in the street in front of the house.  Both kids even got to play with their first sparklers.  Cass was excited to use them, but Carter was a little more hesitant.  After a while he liked them as well.  For fireworks set off by neighbors, they were very impressive and the kids loved them.
