Both kids ate and ate and ate the pancakes. Carter even liked the sausage. After the breakfast, it was time to have our candle ceremony. This was the ceremony for those families who had adopted in the past year. There were a lot of families!
Then, as that ceremony was over and people were taking pictures, the man in red came in and the line quickly formed for the little ones to meet him and tell him what they wanted this year for Christmas. The line took a while so I waited in line while Jenny let the kids run around. While I was waiting Cassidy said that she did not want to go up and sit on Santa's lap and Carter seemed excited about it. He even said that he wanted to tell Santa that he wanted a car. When it was our turn, however, things changed. Carter then became unsure of Santa and cried when Jenny tried to put him on Santa's lap and Cass went right up and climbed up on his lap. Carter would not even look at him and was crying while Cass even told him what she wanted for Christmas. They always keep us guessing.
Carter not so sure about meeting Santa
