While it has not been warm enough lately to feel like spring, it was Easter time and thus, time to color eggs. The kids had a great time coloring the eggs and even make some multi-colored ones.
Today I was awakened by Cassidy at my bed-side telling me what the Easter Bunny had brought her. Both kids brought their candy into the bedroom along with the cards and some gifts and books from mom and dad. Then it was time to head off to hear Grandpa Capper preach at a small church near their house where he was filling in. The kids had never heard Grandpa preach and it made for a special Easter service.
After service, it was back to Grandma and Grandpa's house for lunch and then an Easter-Egg hunt. Great....more candy!
