Today the eyes of the country look to a groundhog to see if there will be six more weeks of winter or not.  While six more weeks might seem like a long time to wait to welcome the warmer temperatures of spring, the many months we waited to welcome the warm embrace of our little Carter Ming was well worth it as we first saw him three years ago today.
