Preschool

Today was the first day for the kids to get to meet their new preschool teachers.  It was only a half hour that each kid had with a parent in their new room, but it was enough for them to get to feel a little more comfortable in the room, with the teachers and with their new class mates.  
One of the benefits of still being unemployed is my ability to take part in these sort of things. Because the kids sessions were on the same morning separated by 30 minutes, Aunt Amy was kind enough to watch one kid in the school playground while I had the other one in the class room and then vice versa.  It worked out well.
Carter is in the same room with the same two teachers that Cassidy had last year.  Cassidy loved these teachers and they were looking forward to having Carter this year.  He did well and enjoyed building things and decorating his new name tag.



Cassidy really likes her new room as it is all decorated in palm trees...her favorite!  She is looking forward to starting back next week.
